Fees + Services


Postpartum depression is the most common complication of childbirth, putting  families at risk each and every year.  Upwards of 700,000 women experience postpartum depression each year in the United States alone. 




Individual therapy session

$120/50 minute session. 

Babies in arms are welcome. My home office is set up to accommodate newborns, infants, and babies in the event that finding childcare is not a possibility or being away from your baby is difficult to manage. Rockers, swings, boppy pillows, and play mats are present in the office for use. There is also a changing table available. I  want you and your family to be comfortable and make getting support as easy and convenient as I can. 

Family Therapy session

$140/50 minute session. 

This time is best used when families are struggling with relationship issues, adjustments and changes for other siblings in the home, or to address concerns that impact the entire family with having additional family members present (this does not include having your baby present in session). 

Online Therapy Session

$100/45 minute session.

Must have reliable internet connection. An in person session and evaluation is recommended before online therapy sessions are started.


Payment Methods

Seattle Postpartum Support accepts cash, checks, or credit cards for services rendered. A $25 service fee is billed for any returned checks. 


I am an out-of-network provider and as such, services in full or in part may be covered by your plan. It is the client's responsibility to verify out-of-network coverage and clients are responsible for payment at the end of each session unless otherwise arranged.

If you are considering billing sessions as an out-of-network service, please verify the following information with your insurance company prior to our first visit:

  • Does my insurance cover out-of-network services?
  • Is pre-authorization required?
  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
  • How many sessions per year does my out-of-network coverage permit?
  • What is the coverage amount per session? 

Cancellation policy

Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If a session is cancelled without 24 hours notice or you fail to show up for an appointment, 50% of the session fee will be billed. Exceptions for sudden illness or emergency.

A complimentary phone consultation is available prior to scheduling your first appointment if you'd like. Consultations are approximately 20 minutes and an opportunity for you to get to know me a bit better before meeting, ask any questions you may have ahead of time, or be treated as an interview to see if you feel this is a good therapeutic fit.
